RotaLoc™ Annular Cutters are designed for use exclusively in the HMD115 Ultra-Low Profile Truck Frame Drill. Made of M42 high speed steel and feature Stack Cut geometry for penetrating multiple plates in a single pass, up to 3/4" depth of cut. They have a bayonet style twist lock shank for fast tool change over requiring no tools to install in the drill's arbor. For optimum cutter tool life and cutter efficiency use Slick-Stik™ lubricant.
